My journey has never followed a straight line, and I’ve learned to see that as a strength.
With over 20 years of professional experience, a Master’s degree in Statistics and Econometrics, and certifications in Organizational Development and Change Management, I’ve built my career at the intersection of data, strategy, people, and transformation.
As a dyslexic and neurodivergent thinker, I’ve learned to challenge conventional approaches, connect ideas differently, and see possibilities where others may see obstacles.
Throughout my career, I’ve led multidisciplinary teams, navigated complex challenges, and supported people and organizations through change. These experiences taught me that lasting transformation isn’t just about strategy or processes. It’s about people.
I founded Ton SUCCESS to bring these perspectives together — combining analytical thinking, practical experience, and human understanding to help individuals and organizations move forward with clarity and confidence.
Beyond consulting, I’m passionate about mentoring, creating opportunities, and helping people whose paths don’t always fit traditional expectations.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. I believe in listening, asking the right questions, and turning insight into meaningful action.
