This notice concerns the Ton SUCCESS website and the enquiry options it provides. Ton SUCCESS Consulting inc. is your business contact for enquiries and information you choose to send to Fatou. Contact Fatou about privacy, or call +1 (613) 297-0355.
This site provides information and consultation requests. It has no online checkout, payment form, client login or newsletter signup. Separate arrangements may apply to an agreed coaching, training or consulting engagement.
Information involved
- Browsing: our hosting provider receives technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, requested page, browser information and request time.
- Language: the site saves your English or French preference in your browser. See Cookies & storage.
- Preparing a request: you enter a name, choose a topic and write a message. The website’s code holds these entries in the current page and does not upload them to a contact database or save them in browser storage.
- Contacting us: information you send in WhatsApp, including your message and the contact details your WhatsApp account shares, becomes part of your conversation with Fatou. A phone call may share your telephone number and the details you provide.
Before you open WhatsApp
Choosing “Continue in WhatsApp” places your name, selected topic and message in a WhatsApp link and navigates to WhatsApp. WhatsApp receives the draft text at that point, even before you choose to send the message. The link may also remain in your browser history.
You can review, edit or abandon the draft there. Opening a draft does not confirm an appointment. WhatsApp processes information under its own terms and privacy policy: WhatsApp privacy policy.

Why information is used
Information you choose to send is used to understand and respond to your enquiry, discuss an appropriate service, arrange an appointment or help with an existing engagement. Technical request information supports delivery, operation and security of the site. Your language preference determines which translation you see.
Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. The current website has no advertising pixels, marketing mailing-list integration or visitor analytics script. We do not sell, trade or rent the personal information you provide to us.
Hosting and external services
Vercel hosts the site and processes technical traffic information. Its infrastructure and service providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States. See Vercel privacy information for its published practices.
WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps and YouTube are separate services. Their privacy terms apply when you choose to open them. Social profiles, Google reviews and community videos are accessed through links, not embedded feeds or players. WhatsApp may process information internationally under its own policy.
Information may also be disclosed where applicable law requires it. This notice does not describe every data practice of an external service.
Storage and security
This website does not maintain a database of contact-form submissions. Unsent entries remain in the page while it is open; your browser may separately preserve entries through its own autofill or session-restoration features. Language storage remains until it is replaced or cleared by you or your browser.
Messages you send through WhatsApp are separate from this website and are not deleted by clearing website data. Hosting records and information held by external platforms follow their respective service arrangements. Contact Fatou to ask about retention or deletion of information held in your business conversation or engagement.
The website uses HTTPS to protect information in transit. No internet communication can be guaranteed completely secure; please avoid sending sensitive details in an initial enquiry.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can browse without contacting us, choose what to include in a message, use the telephone instead of WhatsApp, and clear browser storage. You can ask about information held about you, request correction or deletion, or raise a concern about its use. Depending on applicable law, further rights or limits may apply, including limits on deletion where records must be kept.
